Honestly, I have no clue...I haven't heard back from the company and have no intention of chasing them around for answers, they have a fiduciary responsibility and I expect them to uphold that.

I did receive a call back a couple weeks ago, missing the CEO then but managing to get back in touch with him about a week ago. Very nice guy, not much to talk about because obviously the co. is in a transitional stage, selling off their oil/gas assets, but they are still "alive", as the CEO puts it, and searching for ways to bring shareholder value to the stock. As the last 8K stated, there will be no R/S, and no plans for one at any time in the future. Just a wait/see play
