The business revenue won't be affected much by this accident fire since the insurance would cover the main cost to repair or replace the equipments. The hotel may be forced to close for a few days which would reduce some fractional revenue. I think the major impact is psychological to the shareholders or investors since it looks like a "bad" news! Let's see if the sellers will continue to dump the dirt cheap shares at the bid today or next week...
