Yup Varmit..the Cusip issue is a non-issue. Don't need to change it for the re-domicile to Wyoming. It's being used by shorty as a red herring. THE REAL ISSUE ABOUT THE RE-DOMICILING TO WYOMING IS THE SHARE BUYBACK FOR $750,000!! GNCP were not allowed to do any share buyback in Delaware. :-)
