A tremendous amount amount of r & d , cash and years hard work got STTK to where it is and its very possible to see a buyout in the near future and revenues take off. Its really nice to see the terrestial stations advertising the android app for their stations. That spells revenues for them and STTK! The sheer numbers of listeners that are and will be listening to streamtrack tunes is huge. Then bring in the market for university sports programs like football, baseball,basketball, and soccer onto the android app and you have one heck of a money shakin' machine that folks are going to be quite happy with.

Between October 7, 2014 and November 19, 2014, StreamTrack, Inc. (the “Company”) issued an aggregate of 118,743,650 shares of common stock upon conversion of previously disclosed convertible notes.

In connection with the foregoing, the Company relied upon the exemption from registration provided by Section 4(a)(2) under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.

As of November 19, 2014, the Company had 384,905,233 shares of common stock issued and outstanding.

They're (the company) diluting all the time and everyone here is flipping or taking profit off the .0003 level 4X where you bought in. Don't fall in love lest you become a bag holder.
