If your DD consists of reading message boards I suppose that would be true.
One can also look to the company's reports, blogs, press releases, past failed deals and partnerships.
I supposed if your DD consists of secret information that cannot possibly be verified, then yes FSNR looks to have a bright future.

"FSNR is unlikely to do anything signficant because they have nothing but a history of failures."

"Point to your sources! I'd be happy to change my opinion."

In short: If you feel compelled to hype the company in public because it's important enough that people think FSNR is golden, why conceal the evidence to back that up?
