That is because they retired 1.5 billion SLNX shares from the OS. I would suggest doing some DD. OTC is off on the OS. Also our TA is not gagged and gives the SS numbers anytime anyone wants them. The float has been under 400 million shares with ZERO dilution for 6 months or so and there is not a chance of any dilution until at least Feb. 15th of 2015.
