He cannot legally tell you anything about the cell. So why would he share any specific info with a perfect stranger acting like he just stumbled on the company over putting out an official PR to all the investors? If he was ready to share anything specific about the cell, he would share with all of us. I would love an update as much as you but It tells us nothing that he didn't reply to you.
Jim is not stupid, he probably gets emails frequently from people trying to 'fool' him into giving up specific info. He knows just as well as you that it will drive the price. He's met all but the manufacturing partner and pilot run goals for the year. Take a look back. Have some patience and enjoy the holiday.
