Since the abattoir will double and the MF will triple production in 2016 plus all the Aussie supply of meat and seafood it just makes more sense for Siaf to build 5-6 more WSC than pay up the 75% stake in WC1. There's only so much tonnage you can sell through one WSC and that's about 12000MT meat per year IIRC. That's why they need to build out several more WSC in next 2 years to catch up with the increased supply imo.
