TECO shell cannot survive IMO

Worthless to try to salvage it.

Better off transferring any assets in another clean shell or something else.

Unless they go BK, clean up the slate, R/S, convert prefs shares, dilute the hell out of every one except note holders and pref share holders.

All of that is only my opinion, do not invest base on this.
