Is their a link for these "attacks on shareholders"? I have never seen an attack on shareholders from the company EPGL.

I guess that any projection from a company should be "bounding".
Any earning alert should trigger class actions.
Let me know if you hear about a company missing their forecast or any analyst being wrong as there should be sued as soon as possible.
