I don't think they are going to do another reverse split. They have done 2 since 1995. The one in Sept. 2013 will get them through P3. They just need some good arbitration news and keep growing the enrollment numbers. I hope it gets up into the 30's next week when they report. They also stated they were going to add 15 new hospitals this fall. Clinicaltrials.gov. added 5 in Sept. to 73. They have not updated since Sept. I hope they PR the additional 10 next week and update website. Assuming they did what they said.

During this fall we expect to add about 15 new hospitals to our study. As active patient enrollment starts up in these centers we should see many more patients being enrolled every month,” stated CEL-SCI Chief Executive Officer Geert Kersten.

CEL-SCI (CVM) has 2 splits in our CVM split history database. The first split for CVM took place on May 01, 1995. This was a 1 for 10 reverse split, meaning for each 10 shares of CVM owned pre-split, the shareholder now owned 1 share. For example, a 1000 share position pre-split, became a 0 position following the split. CVM's second split took place on September 25, 2013. This was a 1 for 10 reverse split, meaning for each 10 shares of CVM owned pre-split, the shareholder now owned 1 share. For example, a 1000 share position pre-split, became a 0 position following the split.

Your agreememt with my first point is the conclusion of my second...
To forward split....to liquidate....

If the stock goes to $5, $6, $10, $20+; they do not want a wide spread....liquidity is paramount....the company has been short funded....

Edit; becuase you have faith or believe in something doesn't require you to be long....and vice versa...if you are short doesn't mean you don't beleive I its success....One could beleive in myltikine and short it at the same time...just like anything else....
Extracting capital is paramount!

The kicker- by the time a forward split is announced....it is too late...
