I'm sure Richard Branson doesn't even have a clue that Baltia Airlines exists.

However, the person handling Baltia's certification (let's call her the liaison between Baltia and the FAA) is the same person who handled the certification for Virgin Atlantic.

And let us further say that "Baltia is in very good hands."

Her track record to date is 14 successful certifications out of 14.
