I don't think up-listing will make "taking over" CTIX any easier. Dr. M and Leo have options on a special class of stock that insures they will have a majority vote. A Big Pharma cannot accumulate enough shares on the open market to succeed with a hostile takeover. This is one of the many reasons I like this stock.
