I have brokerage accounts at two big name wealth management companies, UBS, Fidelity. Street guy Etrade is the only one that will allow me to buy the stock.

That is not a good sign on the OTC.

Ameritard (mis spelling on purpose) would not allow a buy.

Ameritrade DOES allow buys of ELTP.

Yes it does. I have ameritrade and bought tons of ELTP shares. Maybe your money is no clear.
