Anyone know if there is a hold on the contract until a decision is made? I did a quick search and didn't see an answer. I did go to the GAO website and I did see that the sustain rate for 2014 is 13%.

Morpho did the same thing with a Smiths award last year, doubt it will change the outcome. Maybe it will run on this?, at least everyone in the industry will know who the hell we are now.
