Actually if the entire quote from the CC reflects that that responses in writing were done on-site at the FDA office. Which if the FDA is like other government regulatory industries (that I am familiar with through my work) that hand off included a face to face discussion of what they said and why. Below is the full quote of which you only provided part. Note that he indicates both meetings were in the same building on different floors.
"In October they gave us responses in writing in November and they agreed to the date on the 17th which was the one where we were face to face. So both of them did take place each one is at a different floor."

There is no credibility issue related to Nasrat. He said they were meeting with the FDA in October several months prior. Then Nasrat has a Q&A Session via phone in October and a face to face in November. Hardly grounds for lack of credibility. More like a straw man's argument in my book.
