The share price has not been below .0014 for at least a year.

Maybe someone is confused about which stock information they have been looking at.

without news, ben will have trouble cashing in shares. Certainly wont have enough bid support to sell even 10 percent of his holdings. If he didn't believe GDGI will turn around, he could have used toxic financing over the last two years to pay his salary but GDGI would have then hit .0001 so fast and then RS with no bid support.
