I think that would be completely needed IMO by this company, a RS and increased share structure even if they did it like they did it last time. When you play pinkies, you almost got to expect this if the AS is getting close to maxed out. Thats my opinion of course, not a fact
And when they do the RS you will see that VV preferred shares will not be affected so he would still be eligible to convert to one billion shares common.
VV's whole plan to somehow keep this company afloat by selling shares so he can somehow pay himself a salary or "borrow" money from the company.
The shareholders are the last thing the company cares about at this point, except when it comes time to raise money.
VV is in survival mode, not for the company, but for himself IMO.
