Correct TC. As you have said it in your post they are are all possibilities and with a disclaimer. How more can you be more clear on that. Anyway the EU CHMP decision is coming in December and based on the PRAC's recommendation two months ago, the decision seems to be weighing more on the positive side. So we can add this as a minor factor in the pps valuation, maybe one cent more? lol.
