Why terminate the Best attorney in that field unless there was some back door negotiation going on... He had a $100,000 retainer fee for Marshak Vision Industries Representative... Why lose that if something bigger is in the works...
Also why have they not filed the quarterly? Could it be that this new deal must be made first and Quiet period has been going on? they cannot disclose any inside info until they complete right?
