The GM CEO's responsibility is to grow GM and maintain the health of the company. If she were to let the pps slip to $0.50 ... then she's failing at that. The CEO's job at FPFI is the same.

A CEO's job is not, and never has been, to kiss each individual shareholder's butt and eliminate risk from their portfolio. You grow the business. And if you're good at it, the share price will go up because the business is successful.

KQ might not be a good CEO, and that would lead the company down. There are bad leaders everywhere and sometimes people make poor decisions. That may be what has happened here.

However, bad performance doesn't imply intent to defraud which is what separates a scam from a crappy company.
