"How do they finish dilution?"

They don't "finish," they just suspend temporarily to allow the stock to breathe a bit and let the bids fatten up to then start dumping into again.

Looking at this chart since May (after the peak of the initial run), I would say the dilution let up on MRIB on:

5/13-19
5/22
6/9-10
7/10-14
7/30
9/5-10
9/24-29
10/27-28
11/21-24 (i.e., last Friday and Monday)

And now we have VFIN back to finish up his shares... IMO as long as the others (VNDM, AYME, PUMA) don't convert again or start dumping in the next few trading sessions then we should get a good pop before the cycle starts over again.

Alternatively, if the company and/or insiders and/or toxic financiers have really decided that the jig is up and this one is pretty much done, then they may just dump it all the way down as fast as they can... bleed the cash cow dry, in other words, and then go find another one. Always a big risk down here in the OTC swamps...

all imo
