I would not agree that the entire CC was weak, that is a gross generalization. However, I do agree that NH missed the opportunity to shore up the discussion about the FDA. This is not the first time he has missed an opportunity and we have seen the p/s get punished. While such misses do not please, there were more positives from the CC than not.
