While I'm not sure what "dreed"-ing is, your pseudo-legal opinion is irrelevant regarding the application of the Narcotics Act.

Regarding your comments, re: legalization, I think that is one of the good points on Tweed and exactly what the Feds have wanted. (commented numerous times on this Board - have been "lurking" for a while - bored writing essays so this is a nice escape from endless paper writing/studying).

Regarding the DEA, the DEA is having a massive fight in the US regarding its own stance around marijuana and its ongoing legal status.

Additionally, as a Canadian, the securities laws are pretty cut and dry. I'm invested in a CCPC and not in marijuana itself. It could be nails, paper towel or widgets, the business is the fundamental corporate body that I have a stake in, not the product.

I could go on, but I feel it would fall on deaf ears...

Remember to be careful about the flouride in the water supply. I hear the DEA put it there as well...

While many people likely do grow there own MJ, the same could be said about beer/wine/tomatoes/carrots/etc... Sure you can do it yourself, but 90% of people won't. That's the space we are invested in now.
