A friend investor spoke with Joe for about 10 mins, here is what was said in detail;

*The company (EFIR) is going forward. The company will remain a holding company (which is what they first started out as), but not focus only on oil and gas - which is what they have been doing in the past.

*The company could be a holding company for many different diversities, so MJ is NOT out of the question. However, this is not where it stands now - as far as working in the MJ sector.

*An R/S is not planned 'now', however, in the future as the stock moves out of the no bid status and into higher bids, and when news is out on a more consistent basis, building capital in the company, a R/S will most likely occur - at some point. (I, Vulcan4, can see this happening and knew this would be the case due to the large number of shares sold. I agree that a R/S would not happen now, but in the future. It's common sense that would happen imo.)

*News could happen any time, but when is another matter. Joe says that it could happen anytime and he would not be surprised if/when it does since these 'deals' have been in the works for months.

*Unable to give time frame on PR/News since working with 3rd party businesses/companies always brings challenges.

*The company is aware of the no bid status and shareholder concern. The company is working to get deals done.

I forgot to mention that the term 'merger' was used, but in a sense I am not sure of because it wasn't explained as to who or what the 'merger' was for - the company or one they are holding.
