What I find so interesting is how sentiment is so negative for VRNG. A potential ground breaking ruling right around the corner albeit a real long shot and there is absolutely ZERO speculation on the En banc actually happening! VRNG loaded the team with Boies and still the market say its NOT happening. Does Boies just take loser these days?? FNMA & AIG both look like losers. VRNG 3rd times the charm? Heck yeah. Does that mean VRNG is going to .40 if they don't get it? What if they do get it? Wont the market think VRNG can win based on WHY they got the opportunity to be heard? I think an En banc means VRNG has a better than 50% chance for a reversal. So here is a $1 stock with $6-$7 straight cash Potential. What's that worth after En banc is allowed? gotta be a whole lot more than $1 based on any risk/reward discounted cash flow metric.
