.038! OUCH! Its early in tax loss selling as we all know. I think it makes the .02 penny range by Dec.31! There is nothing happening in this stock until the appeals court rules some time in the spring. Whatever you think the outcome is there is no reason to hold this stock. It is dead money. Just trying to help you folks.
