the entire capital spending for this company is just 400K for a full year, they are not coming out with new piece of hardware anytime soon, developing hand held DNA authentication device is a major challenge, this company doesn't have money to do that, they should go out and find a partner

It certainly looks like a short push trading pattern this morning. But, it was a very low volume. I don't see 15k shares... maybe 6k.
