I appreciate what Point is doing but it all seems a bit moot.

While I know I'm still in the minority, I still feel Hargrove is the wrong fit. Thus far, nothing about the companies performance since his taking the helm, suggests I am wrong.

Moreover, what does Reiza do and why is he needed?
