Follow group one.....they skip the study stuff and go to the standard of care which is surgery followed by EITHER radiotherapy OR the more aggressive radiotherapy and chemo
Standard of care starts with surgery and is the same for all patients (all 3 arrows point to it)
I think what is messing you up is the group one description as "standard of care" but that just means they don't get the study meds which are presently not part of the SOC.
No study patient randomized into getting Multikine gets LESS care. They actually get additional interventions
