Yes debt reduced as they opted for shares and not cash so thats a good sign about creditor confidence. I really dont care if we get diluted 1-25 or 20 percent as long as this money brings the product to be used and functional.
Sorry I do not know because admittedly, I only bought this as a "play". Once I doubled, I sold. However, as it has moved along I've actually gotten more curious about it so I keep an eye on it to keep tabs and see how it progresses.
