Very informative. Glad to hear Hughes will now try to get Hynix to license. I don't believe there's any advantage for Rambus to win Phase 3.
From what Hughes stated, it looks like the verdict delay was due to some of the more tech savvy people explaining the issues to the others. As I understand it, the young lady who was taking all the technical notes (Cal's type of girl) became the foreman. I really didn't notice her taking notes the first week I was there, but rather the second stay in SJ. The second stay was after the very young juror was removed due to a death in the family(?). Perhaps Miss Tech was then moved from an alternate to the main jury? Only problem we now see is that she didn't take good notes as an alternate when Teece testified. But we'll take it. Excellent job Miss Tech!
BTW, Cal can shave again. Ha.
