I was in one china stock that did that, but it took the auditors a year to get 2 of them redone, and the third done. I would happy to see one filed as a one off step to keep the SEC off the revoke path possible concern. I would buyy back in if that happened. I think a lot of shareholders in ABAT feel a buy out would happen at a solid gain even if the SEC got nasty.... and thus the rally continues.
