Up north, there's a government system in place that is full legal, fully regulated, and holds companies to such a high standard that out of over 1000 licensed producer applicants, only 14 have been granted.
That means 98.6% of the entire potential market has, thus far, been told by the government that it's not good enough.
Of those 14, just five can be legally invested in on the public markets.
