From my experience (past 3 years) watching OTCs, I still have not witnessed a penny stock CEO follow thru 100% on what they state. Over promise and under deliver is the pennyland motto. Every company (and of course it's shareholder) claims to be different but still produce the same results. One can either gamble and believe or get out if they don't...
