Actually they could not put the assets other any other name and I see Offor doing zero for ERHC. No further investment. Deals that could have been done in ERHC that weren't. No participation in the rights offering. Deals through Starcrest, Eland and other companies. I would say it all points to Offor caring little about EHRC. Why share the riches with a bunch of minority shareholders when you don't need to?
