I think the mistake many have consistently made is thinking that Offor's and the rest of the ERHC's shareholder's interests are aligned. I have never believed that for even a second. I can envision many deals where Offor would come out just fine but other ERHC shareholders wouldn't. Offor will do what is best for him. Period. Ever wonder who those companies that have those debentures really are? Or who the next lender to ERHC will be?
