Which begs the question, who are all of us? The company has just effected a 3(a)(10) exemption to pay the CEO, the drillers, the IR firm, and a few others 2M by the issuance of more stock for nebulous services, all of them.

Things are highly suspect in XNRG land and for very good reason.
