I don't know what led you to that conclusion. The OTCMarkets filings haven't been updated...

There's nothing new on either of them. I'm allergic to Yahoo! so I don't know what you might be seeing over there. It's not likely that anything would appear there first.

I don't subscribe to Edgar, but I suppose that's what they compile and/or copy from OTC. Or maybe it's the other way around. I assume that's what is posted at Yahoo and said to be from EDGAR Online.

It could be Yahoo has an agreement with EDGAR Online and post the info. Since it's somewhat "outdated", there is really no competition for subscriptions.
