Oh BS. One or two shots is ALL it takes to stop ANYONE if you hit them in the right place. I continually hear of police shooting someone multiple times, sometimes as many as 30 rounds are fired. That is simply poor training, paranoia, or cold blooded murder. Take your pick. The decision to use lethal force should not be taken so lightly either, but cops nowadays don't seem to even care about life. They shoot first and ask questions later knowing that a dead body won't be able to answer any. They seem to forget that they are packing a taser and pepper spray, as if they are useless against an assault. They are not. It's their word against a dead person.
