Looking at the pps movements of the last year it seems like nothing can get this up. The NYS license is expected to be granted to RGDX. But, if it is not granted....God knows!!!
I think the only way to build up the pps is management buying trillion of shares at these ridiculous low prices....funds are not buying either, not even to lower their average!!! So it is not looking very good....
