TSEM (12.85) stock is performing very well, but I sold after the Q3 report at around $11. There's a huge disparity between GAAP and adjusted net income. The GAAP figure was a loss per share of ($0.37) versus a profit of $0.58 for the adjusted figure which excludes depreciation of tangible assets .... that's really dressing up the numbers unfairly ! It's one thing to ignore amortization of intangibles but quite another to ignore depreciation of plant, property and equipment.
