It is small one of the worries here. IMO They really just started to really dilute this, it was a slower pace for a while. ThEY are going to need more shares IMO, soon as SEC rules allows a RS and a share restructure IMO.
And not going to yet comment on all the things I see wrong in the quarter report until I go through it very good, and compare to PR'S and other Gov. agencies info. Then I will both good and bad.
The A/S is 500 million because Vince just did a uneven and unfair for the common stock R/S of 1 for 10 on 12-2-2013 when the A/S was 2 billion a actual increase of the A/S of 66.66%...
