The PR will confirm. Management has a "perfect storm" plan, which will include multiple PR's - and very well-timed.

When I asked him last week via phone if the RS has been canceled, he said, "just wait for the PR's."

I 100% believe management will not veer from its plan in any way. This has been airtight the entire time (no specific information leaked). I've never seen such. Normally there are tweets from the company itself and leakages to stock promotion companies and newsletters. But not this time, my brotha! Again, I believe they have what they feel is a perfect storm PLAN. "What you're about to see you will never see again; just wait for the PR's."
