Investors need some assurances that MJNA management is in control.....and not Michael Llamas.

But that wouldn't be true, would it? Besides, she still gets to signs all the SEC forms just like she really was a CEO

She is already the top officer and chair of the board. Not every company has an officer with the title CEO.
