Did you notice the highest bid earlier today was 400 @ $1.02?

Now someone bids 137 shares ($191.80 value) @ $1.40 by $1.43/200 shares.

Why would anyone bid 41 cents higher for 137 shares? I could see 1.10, 1.15, maybe 1.25. (hello you are the highest bid)

And if the buyers intention is to be aggressive by bidding higher, then why doesn't the buyer purchase 137 shares from the seller who is offering (only 2 pennies higher at
additional cost $2.74 lol) 200@$1.43

I understand why but do you see it.
