I agree it has been long overdue but I am certain the SEC AND other agencies are working on Treaty and their principles. I've waited this long and I am hopeful their case against Treaty will be filed soon. There is simply way too much evidence for the various different agencies to come to a quick decision. All of the Treaty "crooks" are scattered all over. Sit tight and watch as the Treaty PPS continues to collapse and justice comes knocking for those involved.
