The size of the float is one factor holding this thing back, but the biggest factor, IMO, is that BAC has lost the confidence of just about everyone -- customers, regulators, investors, analysts...everybody! And instead of doing things to regain confidence, they do just the opposite! Like electing Brian Moynihan board chairman in addition to his duties as CEO. Instead of improving objective oversight of management, they eliminated it! So stupid. I'm holding my position until at least the Q4 earnings report. If they don't knock it out of the park, I'll be gone.
