That's nonsense, I fully understand a S-3

I questioned why no one on the board was discussing the S-3 and MAJOR DILUTION.

Any investor of size, vested, supporting Solar3D desires to profit from their investment. I was fascinated why no one was discussing the S-3 and affects of MAJOR DILUTION to the Share Structure --- and the affect it WILL have on the current price per share.

If ones girlfriend/boyfriend are cheating on them and one doesn't want to deal with it, the girlfriend boyfriend is still cheating on the person.
