Your points and assumptions are valid

Management did say they wanted to make several acquisitions in Q1 of 2015. Aggressive with current debt of 20 Million. They would need big coin to acquire further businesses. The offering MAY be for that or rather be for day-to-day operations and expenses for their business, et al. Could be a combination of the aforementioned.

I can tell you are a good guy. I have read your posts on other forums and you're in deep at a much lower price. As well you trade the swings. I wish you the best with your investment.

All shareholders of size, would be well served to meet with the company management, in person and get answers FACE-TO-FACE. If a shareholder of size, requests to meet in person with Mgt and they are denied, consider that a RED FLAG.
